Clevedon Kettlebells offers 2 different strength training options:

* 1-1 or 1-2 individual coached sessions

* Small Group Training Sessions (up to 5 people)

Small Groups run during term-time, and are a mix of day time & evening sessions.

1-1 COACHING
1-1 or 1-2 coached sessions are held in my Clevedon-based home gym and are tailored to you - the individual - to help you achieve your fitness goals. Sessions may be a mix of kettlebell, suspension, barbell and bodyweight exercises, depending what you want to achieve.
As with all sessions, the focus will always be using equipment safely & effectively and progressing at your pace.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING​
Small Group Training sessions are a great way to get the benefits of individual coaching in a sociable & supportive environment.
I currently run 14 sessions per week (a mix of daytime & evening slots), with flexibility to switch groups & catch up sessions (if space available) when life gets in the way! Work with me and a small group of like-minded individuals to get fit and strong together.
We focus on a particular lift or move each term so you can see your progress as you train.
Small Groups sessions are bookable on a termly basis.


NUTRITION AND ACCOUNTABILITY PROGRAMMES & SUPPORT
I also provide Nutritional advice and support, including both individual and group Accountability programmes to help keep you on track.
These focus on improving WHAT you eat - especially cutting sugars and reducing UPF, and other lifestyle factors (exercise, sleep, stress) to help you to feel & live better, reduce body fat and improve overall health.
